Safari Park
My experience at the Safari park was really fun since we got the chance to go and have a mini lab and learn a lot about elephants and their reproduction. Holding the elephant tusk was also something not everyone gets to do so I felt very lucky to be able to hold it but at the same time you feel sad for the elephants who are being killed just for ivory. During the lab we got the chance to use micro pipettes and understand all the components on them and getting the chance to play with them before we started the actual experiment was really fun.(picking up water)
SeaWorld
Going behind the scenes at SeaWorld was the last thing I would imagine doing this year and we were very fortunate to have the opportunity and see how much work it takes to maintain that many animals. We had the chance to see how they take care of their fresh water fish, make salt water at a certain temperature for certain fish, and also got really close to a huge tank they have with a lot of stingrays and other fish.
Birch Aquarium
Out of all the field trips this was my favorite I liked every thing about the trip starting with the location La Jolla, the view you have from the aquarium is amazing and the design of everything looked really good. The layout was perfect because you wouldn't have trouble finding parts of the aquarium and you wouldn't get lost like the other field trips. It also had a lot of things to look at so
